Riding into the Sunset
Our mission at Women of OZ is to break down barriers for women in cycling. One of the biggest hurdles is education, so we’re bringing together the top industry leaders and best coaches in the world for Sunset Summit – a weekend of rides, clinics, workshops, and panel discussions to build confidence and community.

What We’re Planning
Events will open Friday evening with a welcome reception and panel discussion. On Saturday, we will gather on the Momentary Green where participants will experience different coaching styles through two workshops: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. After a full day, we will close the summit with a sunset toast.

A Few Words
About the Event Organizer
Women of OZ is an inclusive, non-profit organization run by a board of women leaders in Northwest Arkansas who aim to lower the barrier of entry for women mountain bikers. We create a welcoming and non-intimidating environment for all women regardless of background or skill level.
First and foremost, we have built a community of women. We come from all backgrounds, race, beliefs, workforce, lifestyles, and experiences. But we have one thing in common….There is no judgment, we welcome all. Let's Ride Together.
