Brooke Goudy is an athlete and bicycle advocate. She has a love for cycling, but her greatest joy is introducing cycling to women of color as a co-leader of Black Girls Do Bike Denver. Brooke uses the bike for national community building and advocacy as a Trails are Common Ground ambassador, a board member of Boulder Mountain Bike Alliance, a Colorado Mountain Bike Association Women's leader, and NICA coach.

Caroline Washam is a professional downhill mountain bike racer and Level 2 (Air) PMBIA-certified professional mountain bike skills coach. She has been coaching since 2013 and started her coaching business, Spoked LLC, in the summer of 2015. Caroline loves teaching all levels of riders how to be more confident and in control on their bikes but finds the most joy in helping athletes progress their skills and achieve their goals.

ANNEKE BEERTEN
Anneke Beerten grew up in the Netherlands, racing from a young age and winning 2 World Championships in BMX. She became a professional rider in 2003 where she went on to add 3 more World Championships in 4 cross. In 2015, Anneke moved to California to continue her journey as a professional athlete in the US and she racked up more championships - 2015 Queen of Crankworx, 2015 European Champion Enduro Mountain Bike, 2015 3rd Overall Enduro World Series, and the 2019 Spirit Award from the Crankworx MTB World Tour. Anneke recently moved to Bentonville and is working to share her life’s journey through cycling!

Angi Weston is the owner and head coach of Radical Roots MTB Instruction out of Bellingham, WA. She runs award-winning events like Transition Women's Weekend, a junior race team called Radical Racing, and the famous Radical Rippers Junior Development Program for young riders. With 20 years of coaching experience and a high level of certification, Angi is one of North America's top mountain bike skills coaches for both riders and coaches. Riding, mentoring, and coaching are her greatest passions and it shows in her patient and enthusiastic approach.

Kelsey Miller is a Bentonville native and has worked actively on getting women and girls on bikes in NWA for about 10 years. She enjoys teaching all levels of women, whether just starting out or looking to take the next big step into high levels of riding. She’s a strong believer in not taking yourself too seriously, on and off the bike.

Jess Hana moved to the area after spending a few years living on the road and now proudly calls Northwest Arkansas home. She loves working with women that have an eagerness to learn and want to take their riding to the next level. She focuses on both skill set and mindset to help women feel more confident on the bike so you have more fun on the trail.

Ashley Patterson has been riding or racing for over 12 years. She loves coaching a little bit of everything, but one of her favorite things to coach is probably the one thing right outside your comfort zone! Her mission is to give the tools to help achieve personal goals, and laugh along the way.

Kyla Templeton
Founder of Girls Bike Bentonville and Arkansas League of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association( NICA) Kyla saw the need for building community through cycling. In 2022 she co-founded Bike School Bentonville with the mission to create progressive year-round bike skills programming and coach education centered on long-term wellness and development of riders and coaches into athletes and confident individuals.

Jessica Rockson enjoys challenging herself and helping others do the same. She believes facing fears and the difficult things in life creates room for growth and resilience. Julie is the Executive Director of World Ride, a 501(c)3 non profit that works to empower women globally through mountain biking. She is also a PMBIA Level 1, and BICP Level 1 & 2 certified skills instructor. Julie lives in Moab, UT and coaches for Momentum Mountain Biking and Ladies Allride.

It's a simple but impactful mission; to ignite and fuel passion, excitement and a joy of cycling in the Arkansas multicultural communities through bike rides. The Arkansas Latinas En Bici lead weekly rides and education clinics to advance the sport, empower people, and create more inclusive, healthier, and happier communities. The Arkansas Latinas En Bici will be partnering with us at the WOZ Summit to help with interpretation and keeping our rides safe and fun!

Carrie learned to love mountain biking when she attended a women's skills clinic and realized it could be done without it being intimidating and non-fun. She has been honing her coaching skills since 2013, working with the Ladies AllRide crew and mountain biking organizations across the country. Carrie lives in Salt Lake City, UT, where on non-bike days, she's either being a nurse, skiing, climbing, gardening, or hiking with her large lovable doofus of a dog.

Diana Allen is a mountain bike coach and mechanic. She is owner and operator of the School of Dirt, based out of Maryland. Diana is PMBIA certified, serves as a Little Bellas Program Lead and volunteers as a NICA coach supporter with the Maryland Interscholastic Cycling League.

Nota grew up in the San Juan Islands of Washington state and her love for mountain biking was sparked when she moved to Bellingham, Washington to study Recreational Therapy at Western Washington University. She is now BICP Level 1 certified and working towards getting her Level 2 cert in June!

Liz (she/her), currently lives in Bend, OR. She holds her professional mountain bike certification as a level 1/kids 1 PMBIA instructor and is currently working on her level 2. She is very passionate about coaching and is currently a coach for Ladies AllRide, Grit Clinics, and a guide & coach for Cog Wild Tours. She recently has also taken on a new role as the program coordinator and head coach for the Girls AllRide Program. If that isn’t enough to keep her busy, when she isn’t biking, she also works as a nurse for St Charles Health System. BIO COMING SOON!

Natalie has been coaching since 2016. She was head coach of a NICA team for 3 years and has coached for several national and regional groups such as Ladies AllRide and Dirt Series. Natalie is a PMBIA Level 1 and BICP Level 2 mountain bike coach. In addition to mountain biking, Natalie likes to ride a unicycle and enjoys taking care of her cats and chickens.

Carol’s love of teaching mountain bike skills was inspired by participating in a Ladies AllRide skills clinic, leading her to pursue her PMBIA Level 1 certification in 2016. Now after several years of coaching across the country and a PMBIA Level 2 Air certification, Carol’s goal is to help riders find new ways to have fun on their bikes. You can find her coaching in Atlanta, GA through her company Flownetic MTB Skills.

Alex Reiss calls Vermont home, tucked away in the northeast, with Killington bike park in her backyard. Alex has a background in traditional education, but loves combining her passion for teaching and coaching with riding mountain bikes! Her goal is to help support friends in pushing the limits of their comfort zones, and continue supporting women in developing confidence and making connections within the ride community.

Adventure seeker originally from the UK but Colorado has been her home for the last 24 years. Emma is a lover of anything on 2 wheels, she's also raced nearly everything on two wheels, and just loves to go fast!!! Emma is a BICP Level 2 instructor and a Juliana Ambassador who's been coaching for over 6 years and just LOVES to give back to people in the sport whether you're a beginner or seasoned rider.

Lea Gibbs has been mountain bike riding and racing for over twenty years. She is a PMBIA certified instructor, coaching privately and for Vida MTB series. Lea currently resides in Telluride, Colorado where she continues to help grow the sport, including coaching youth and women.

ERIKA SCHMID
Introduced to mountain biking in 1989 B.S.E. (Before Suspension Era), I have experienced the entire evolution of the sport. During summers off from being a high school science teacher (now retired), I have been a mountain bike guide since 1997 and a skills coach since 2013. I enjoy the progression into the more extreme skills in mountain bing and thus went to Whistler to earn my advanced certification of PMBIA Level 2 specializing in jumps and drops.

Shanta has been riding mountain bikes since 1993 and has been coaching since 2015. She is both BICP 2 and PMBIA Level 2 certified. In addition to being a Ladies Allride Coach Shanta owns Elements Mountain Bike Instruction in Ohio.

Being born and raised in the PNW I have grown to love the outdoors and found mountain biking to be an amazing sport that I am lucky to have the opportunity to help women and girls be more comfortable with. I am level 2 certified, and work with Radical Rippers and Shifting Gears, mountain bike programs that help women get more comfortable being on trail and in the mountain bike environment regardless of skill level. I think there is always more to learn and always more fun to be had on the bike and on trail!

A level 1 BICP MTB instructor with Radical Roots, I have been riding MTB in the Pacific Northwest for 6 years. I currently work at Transition Bike Co and work with the Radical Rippers junior girls. I love Bunny hops and technical riding. Riding with friends always teaches me something new and I try and encourage confidence in riding for every one!

ANYA BRUHIN
Anya Bruhin is a Northwest Arkansas native. She grew up riding on the dirt roads of her family farm before helmets were cool and brakes were any kind of reliable. She loves mountain biking first but gravel is a close second. Anya is a founding coach with the Arkansas NICA League and has served as a Coach Supporter/Trainer since 2017. She is a former board member for the Ozark Off Road Cyclists and has spent the last 4 years working to help schools in the region get quality bike programming, some of which she wrote herself. Most recently she developed a program to teach adults to learn to ride a bike for the first time. Anya is a BICP Level 2, LCI, and is known on her Thaden NICA team as "Master of Games."
